SmartME's commitment to improving the user experience extends to our latest integrated release: Instant Notifications. By providing a direct avenue for communication within SmartME, this feature enhances the delivery of critical information in real time, minimising delays and improving overall efficiency.

SmartME provides a wide range of communication channels for all users. From feedback forms to direct comments and mass email options, our users are happy with the existing system capabilities to communicate with stakeholders exclusively through SmartME. However, we wanted to increase the communication options for critical updates and notifications to guarantee immediate delivery to the relevant recipients within the platform. This is why we implemented the Instant Notification feature. The notification feature includes an automatic pop-up window as soon as the message is sent. It also allows users to return to previous notifications from the Notification Centre.

This new feature can be critical for management teams, by ensuring that recipients receive important updates immediately, without having to check their email or navigate to other pages in the system. Notification creators can specify how long the messages will be available and to which user groups the notifications should be sent, be it to the management team or to end users (applicants/project developers).

The new notification feature is available to all existing and future clients.
